I wasn't going to post here anymore, I've tuned out of society to say the least. I leave my house for gigs and that's it. I don't read the news anymore...it's too painful. The odd part is, I can go for weeks without news and still know exactly what's going on. It's all just more of the same. More lies, more coverups, more bullshit, more fear and more ignorance. That's why I've been away for the last 6 months. Well, I had to break the silence here to say goodbye to Rob Fried, percussionist for Max Creek. I just found out today that he passed away a month ago from a rare blood disease. I'd been to see the Creek play a thousand times when I was in high school, and shared gigs alot since then. I never really mourn all that much for people, but when it's a fellow musician it's different. Rob, you will be missed. Rock on.
