Hung like an elephant....

Howdy folks, I've been a busy guy as of late, my sincerest apologies for my extended absence. I of course know that I breezed right over x-mas, the new year, boxing day and a thousand amazing, incredible and truly depressing world events. Sometimes, dear readers, this is best. The state of affairs all around us is so fucked up at this point that I don't care to comment on it, any of it. I never thought this day would come and perhaps it's just a phase. I don't know. Anywho, on the lighter side in Erwin Tennessee they murdered an elephant. This happened quite a while ago, but it happened just the same. They don't want to talk about it up in Erwin, and I don't blame them. The cracking of the bones and ligaments could be heard everywhere as they hoisted Big Mary off the ground with a crane and a chain around her neck. Good god man...of course the first time around they forgot to untie her from the tracks and it snapped her back like an old jack pine in a december wind and in typical american fashion the town's response to this day is "yes we killed her, but it wasn't our fault." So I tip my hat to you, Erwin Tennesse. Well done. You've finally proven Melville wrong. You can take revenge on nature after all.
