  • What's the sound of one dog laughing?

    December 14, 2005

Well it turns out it's when they pant when they are playing. Who'd of thought all this time dogs have been laughing right along with us....or at us. Someone actually just published a study. It's true, for reals. Dogs laugh, they laugh pretty much every day. This is great, albeit a little creepy, information. This inevitably leads to the question; What if dogs had like, human laughs. I can picture it in my minds eye. Every dog I see, which is alot on a daily basis, is just walking around laughing maniacly with this eerie, clownlike laugh in a human voice. Now whenever my dog is panting I'll probably look at him and imagine him mocking me or worse, ripping me to shreds while chuckling the whole time. It's not all bad though, my dog is still way funnier than say....carrot top.

    random thought...

    December 7, 2005

I remember back in my senior year in high school this redheaded kid who had always been really quiet just calmly got up in the middle of class and walked silently across the room. He opened a third story window and jumped out. It was one of the strangest things I had seen up to that point in my life. The unexpectedness of it was it's real beauty. The way he just disappeared from sight as he plummeted to the ground below was quite surreal. I've got to admit I chuckled a little. OK, I admit it was more like laughter but it's OK because he didn't die. He just broke his leg and wrist. What a dumbass....
